This privacy notice relates to the personal data processed by www.houeofhealingministries.org belonging to House of Healing Ministries. House Of Healing Ministries , (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Credit Card Security
All transactions are processed via a third party (PayPal) or Square, or Stripe.

Merger or Acquisition
In the event Getdpd, PayPal, Stripe, or Square, undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred, and therefore are no longer under our control or influence. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of Getdpd, PayPal,  Stripe, or Square assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Email Communications & Opting Out
We may use your Personal Information to send you updates and other promotional communications. If you no longer wish to receive those email updates, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each update or communication.

Publishing Agreement

Between Jim and Pat Banks hereafter known as Owner, and House of Healing Ministries,  hereafter known as Publisher.

Purpose:  To transfer Publisher Rights from Jim and Pat Banks (Owner) to House of Healing Ministries, Inc a non-profit corporation originally established in North Carolina and recognized as a non-profit 501c3 organization by the United States IRS.

Basis:
Where As:   Jim and Pat Banks (Owners) are creators/authors of a number of publications and other media resources that are of use to the mission of House of Healing Ministries (HOHM), and have retained all Ownership Rights of current and future intellectual property.

Where As:  Jim and Pat Banks desire to transfer the Publisher Rights from Jim and Pat Banks to House of Healing Ministries (HOHM) intellectual property contained within these publications and other media resources, do so as a means to bless House of Healing Ministries.

Where As: This transfer of Publishers Rights is done in order to bless HOHM with the profits from sale of specific publications and other selected media resources, as well as from the sale of future selected publications and other media resources.

Where As: This accommodation is made to ensure that the responsibility for the ongoing manufacturing, distribution, and promotion of the publications is held by the ministry organization HOHM, such that proper stewardship of the intellectual property and publications created and authored by Owners, Jimmy (Jim) C. Banks and Patricia (Pat) A. Banks is accomplished appropriately by HOHM.

Action:
Transfer Date: As of January 1, 2009, Publisher Rights for all existing Owner resources, and selected future resources, are transferred to HOHM. (Note that this does not include the Ownership Rights, just the Publisher Rights. Ownership Rights remain with the Owner.)

Royalty Payment: HOHM agrees to compensate Owner (via a royalty payment) for all future sales of these resources, as well as sales of future selected publications and other media resources originating with the Owner.

Royalty Payment Schedule: HOHM shall determine and convey all royalties owed to Owner monthly.

Royalty Payment to Successors of Owner:  In the event HOHM has been dissolved and/or is no longer functioning as a not-for-profit 501(C)3 ministry organization, the payments will be made as possible in the following order.
–  To a Owner successor organization to which has been transferred the Ownership Rights of the Owner’s Intellectual Property.
–  To the authors Jim Banks and/or Pat Banks (Owner).  If either is deceased, the proceeds will accrue to the survivor (beneficiary.)
–  In the event that both are deceased, to Owner’s beneficiaries.

Reversion of Publisher Rights:  In the event that HOHM is unable to make the royalty payments, and the royalty payments become more than six (6) months in arrears, all Publisher Rights for the benefit of HOHM shall be terminated.

Amending/Canceling this Agreement:  Either Owner or HOHM may request that this agreement be amended/canceled by written notice to the other.  A minimum of 30 days will be allowed for before amendment/cancelation becomes effect.  If the agreement is to be amended, the written notice should contain all relevant provisions.  The amended agreement will only become effective by mutual agreement with representatives of Owner and HOHM signatures affixed to the amended agreement.

This agreement effective as of January 1, 2009.
